I usually do a Venti Skinny Latte, with or without SF sugar syrup.

At the moment, I am off coffee following my TT, it doesn't agree with me.  So, I am doing various tea lattes with nonfat milk.

Oatmeal is also a very good choice at Starbucks.

I'd probably be fine now but, for a long time, I could not handle sausage, eggs and many other breakfast items so I stay away from their breakfast sandwiches.

You might want to go online and review Starbucks nutritional information.  If you have an iPhone, they have a free application that allows you to determine the nutritional information for virtually everything they sell, according your specification.

Hi Linda, I am allergic to coffee, however, when I am at Starbucks and I am cold. I get a steam vanilla cream, with nonfat milk, sugarfree vanilla and extra hot!
Hope this helps!

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.

Totally agree with Lisa on the oatmeal at Starbucks.  I really like it. However, I would get either the oatmeal or a hot drink so that you do not drink and eat at the same time. :)
