Happy Monday to All!  How was everyone's weekend? Let's get this week started on a positive note. 
So, whatcha eating today? Got plans to exercise?

B: Coffee with nf milk, two pieces of bacon and 5 grapes
S: Protein drink and a pickle. 
L: Ground beef with cheese and 1/2 cup Fage Dip & 1/2 apple 
S: Tomato, basil and cheese :-) 
D: ????
S: ???
 
Vitamins: Working on them
Water: Will drink 64oz plus.  ;-) 
Exercise: 45 minute run

There is homemade orange cake in our kitchen here at work calling my name!

I stepped away....for now!  LOL
I keep reminding myself that the weight I gained came from giving in...and the 4.4 lbs I lost last week didn't! 

So on that note....

B:  grande skinny caramel latte'

L:  1/2 turkey on wheat.....mustard, lettuce, tomato
     Israeli salad

D:  leftover roast

Hey....when that great friend of mine brings me the electrolyte stuff for my water....maybe she'll bring me a taste of her Fage/hamburger stuff.  Sounds like something I might like!

 Mine moved but I know every week won't be like last week.  So.....I'm going to step up the exercise and add a 3rd short run during the week.  Speaking of running.....off I go!
