It is Tuesday! Whatcha doing/eating?

I have been soooooo bad at not being accountable with my food and I have quit walking.  So let's see if I can try to get back to being accountable with my food for now:

B:  Coffee
S:  CIB (sugar free)
L:  1/4 turkey sand on toasted squaw bread
S:  Sunflower Seeds
D:  Roasted Chicken, mashed potatoes
S:  Watermelon

Vitamins:  Always
Water:  16 oz.  (I promise to drink another 32 oz. before bed & 16 oz of cranberry juice)
Exercise:  To tired these days to think about it not to mention IT'S COLD OUTSIDE!!

Yes....it is cold outside.....but once you get out and moving, you won't be cold anymore!  Getting out of the door is 1/2 the battle.  Plus....exercise will give you more energy!
