WOW moment! The UPS man made my day!!

Now that I have stopped laughing..just had to share ;-) I have been working at this same job for 18 years now...love it (obviously, huh?) and have seen the UPS drivers come and go. We've had the same delivery driver (as opposed to the driver who picks up our shipments) for over a year now; today he found the courage to say something about my weight loss LOL I actually think he was blushing! He said somthing like 'you've lost a lot of weight, right?'

I said yes and left it at that...until he said he wasn't sure I was the same 'lady who sat in this office' until I signed for a package! He said he was afraid of being 'insensitive'...and I laughed and told him, THIS was something he could talk about...and THANK YOU for noticeing!

The whole conversation came out of the blue...caught me off guard...and just made me smile from ear to ear ^_^ Can't put into words what it did for my self esteem!! Sure made my DAY!!

That is so awesome, Nancy! I do believe you just lived somebody's dream! Something about that big brown truck and the uniform! LOL! Seriously, he was such a sweetheart to tell you and blush!! Savor this WOW moment! I am loving it! Can't wait for the next one! You are looking fantastic, woman! Tell Lon not to be too jealous.

Isn't it great when people notice the weight loss and mention it!!! My BIL did yesterday, he had not seen me for a few months and was shocked. We have to take these moments and remember them on days when we are feeling down! You are doing great!!!
