Good Morning,
You can put me down for 2.6 lost this past week. Which I think is great, considering I haven't been exercising as much as I would like and my eating has been kind of all over the place. I need to get myself back on track. Not much going on, I am back to work tomorrow. How fun. I am being lazy at the moment, drinking a coffee watching CSI, thinking of all the things I could be doing right now. Oh well, maybe later. I hope you are all having a great day. Don't work to hard now.

You can put me down for a -2.3lbs. The radiator in my BF's jeep went out so he has been using my truck. I can't talk myself out of going to the gym. It is right across the street from work and he doesn't pick me up until about 5:30. It is either go to the gym or stay at work for two more hours--thats not going to happen

Hi all,
I am up one pound, but I am OK with this. I've lost 10 pounds the last 2 weeks and I am about to start my period any second. I will not panic about this even though it's my tendency to worry.
I am notcing I like the way I feel when I walk. I feel free, less encumbered. I want to walk and move my body more. Unfortunately since Thanksgiving, stomach flu and a hellish work and personal schedule have derailed my workouts. I am starting again today though. For the first time in something like 3 weeks, I have no meetings and my mom doesn't need my help with something.
