Morning Lu and Cali gang
been mia lately..carving class over the weekend and dealing with a crisis with my middle son. So tuff staying detached but still try to help...so hard to watch them make their own mistakes.. and know you can only watch.. sighh
Anyway...I get to report point 7lbs down (.7)...so much better than I thought it was going to be ^_^ So easy to fall back to eating to comfort the soul and mind...but I'm learning...food never 'fixes' anything ;-)
Had a great Italian lunch yesterday for the office Christmas lunch...brought home 98% of it..but what I did eat was fabulous. Since we got the afternoon off, went home and decided I needed to uplift my spirit...got out the Christmas decorations and went to work. ^_^ I even wrote out some Christmas cards...first time in several years...I'm gonna enjoy this Christmas even if it kills me!! LOLOL
Got lots to read to catch up with OHville...sure hope everyone is doing ok if not GREAT! Santa's big day is getting closer...are you done shopping? Got all your stockin' stuffers ready? Lon hopefully will pick up ours Saturday..the motorhome with a new rebuilt engine! LOL
Back to work I go...stay warm, work your tool and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Happy birthday to DD and Dolores' husband. Today brings - 4 pound loss! I am so happy. I am really intrested in entering the 13.1 Marathon in LA in January. Its a very nice course in Venice and Santa Monica. I have to try to get my mile down below 16 min. I am going to time my mile again today. This weekend, I am going to get sized for running shoes. Didn't really know how much was involved in getting running shoes, but thanks to friends, I am learning alot.

Good afternoon Lu and Cali!! I am down 2 pounds this week. The nagging couch that I've had is finally starting to go away. Good thing, since the choir is serving on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Have a great day!
