So I did it...

I am finished with my Kaiser Options classes, since we started I lost a total of 44.6 pounds I missed my personal goal to have lost 45 pounds before the end of class by 4oz 4OZ!!!! Grrrr.

But my final referral gets sent out Monday afternoon.

GUS and ANA Thank you so much for coming and talking to my class, and Gus for putting our mind at ease... You answered a lot of questions for people. Once I have a date I will be happy to let you all know.

I am still working towards my overall before surgery goal of weighing in for surgery at 245 I am getting closer slowly but I am getting closer. 23.6 pounds here I come!

CONGRATULATIONS, KATRINA!! I am so proud of you! You finished your classes! And woman please! 4 OUNCES, seriously?! You lost over 44 pds in 6 months!! I would call it 45 pounds, myself. When was the last time you did that? You probably lost the 4 oz when you peed this morning! LOL. Seriously, you did an awesome job!!
