Good Morning Sunday.....

I hope that everyone was able to enjoy them self's and family and friends yesterday. I was working. The pace was up/down  up/down.... Fast slow fast slow....made it hard to a rhythm and keep a study pace. So the day went fast and slow. The last hour was at least 3 hours long. OMG!! I hope today is a better day.

So what do you have planned for today? Are you hoping to find that great deal? And send me my pony?? I would love a black and white one, and if you can find it, can HE have one blue eye? Let me know and I will send you my address for shipping. LOL :> But really what are you plans for today? The weather should be nice per the news. So get out and "shake that thang"

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Today, no firm plans and it will be the first weekend day in 3 weeks where nothing is planned.

Yesterday was SO much fun.  We had 221 saxophones playing at Saxophone Christmas yesterday and both concerts were very well attended.  There were 5 of us that play together on a regular basis and 4 guests of one our group that all go to UCLA who came up for the fun as well.  Lots of laughs but way tiring. I fell asleep on the way home.  Ron took lots of pics, so I will post them later.

Today is for me anD jORDYN TO START GETTING THE HOUSE CLEAN. Sorry FOR THE CAPS BUT someone is pushing on the Keys.  Anyhoo the house is a mess and I don't want to spend the next 3 weeks cleaning I want to just get it over with.

Hello Cali Crew!

Today, a friend's coming over to put in a toilet replacement/repair kit on my guest toilet... lol... afterward he's going to finish up the rest of the yard work... trimming... mowing... etc...

The tree is finally up... gonna take inventory on any gift/stocking stuffer missing and wrap gifts. Oh, and tidy up a bit more... those long coats on my kitties love to drag pine needles around my home... gotta love those furry little beasts!!!

Good Morning Lu and the rest of the crowd! Let the Christmas Countdown Begin!!!

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, SANTA CLAUS!!!!  6 days and counting.

Yesterday was a good day............once my damn headache went away.  Sinus.  I'm back on antibiotics because my sinus infection came back, but I took some t ylenol (ineffective), some sudafed and went back to bed.   Jayden and I decorated my tree and it is so pretty.  We gave all 9 puppies their first bath and I swabbed out their area.  They all enjoyed the bath and the play time out in the living room wih all the rest of us.  They are very social crittters and not afraid of anything.  Lilly was telling us stories (I love how she "talks"

Joe and I went to the Keiwit Christmas party last night,  Ooooh, I was SMOKIN' HOT!  Simple navy blue dress with an A line that just flowed perfectly.  3" heels, and excellent war paint on.  Hair was excellent.  Too much wine but sobered up fast!  Then we went up the street to the Red Lion and went dancing.  We left by around 11 because............I'm Old!  Much past 11 I start to fall asleep.  We picked up Jayden at the siters and came home.  I zonked out in my chair with my fuzzy blankie and my jammies on until 2:30 when I went to bedd. 

Today is not much going on.  We're napping in chairs, I'm doing some laundry, we played with "the kids" and we're taking Jayden home around 4. 

I feel a short snooze coming on so...................zzzzzzzzzzzz

Vitamins in, excercise done, water - working on it, and always remember to dance like nobody's watching -- even if you do have 2 left feet!  Who the hell cares anyway, you're expressing your happiness!!!  Just Do It!

Morning Lu and Cali gang (ok, it's actually afternoon, but who's counting!)

Today is a lay-back Sunday.  Lon took me to breakfast at Golden Coral buffet...man do they have every kind of protein you can think of!  And of course all the 'fattin' stuff too LOL  Going to finish up the carving club books which I will turn over to the new treasurer before our next meeting in January.  Spent a few hours yesterday 'introducing' him to his new 'job'...I think I overwhelmed him with the amount of 'bookkeeping' he will be required to do LOL  We never got to the actual 'books'...just all the paperwork he will be required to file with various government agencies due to the fact we are a registered non-profit corporation ^_^  Next time we meet will be at his house so I can download the 'books' onto his computer (he only has a desktop model) and then I will be DONE!

As I posted separately. yesterday I OFFICIALLY became a Century Club member!!  I only have 1 true 'goal' left...to get into size 10 clothes.  It may never be the 'only' size I'll wear...too much 'charpei' skin interferring, but just to get into a pair of size 10 stretch jeans would make my day ;-)  I now feel so like a 'success'...which is totally crazy I know..but  I have overcome my own 'head-talking' and reached a goal I set from the beginning...at least 100 lbs....any more than that will be strictly icing on the cake! ^_^

I'm so darn proud of myself!!!

Well today I finished up the tree and then cleaned up the living room and took a nap.  My grandson helped me pick the tree out on Friday and then came and spent yesterday morning to help me decorate it.  We mostly played!  I have to say i am happy with the results. 

I am so happy for Nancy and Jordyan looks so cute in her Santa hat! 

Now I have to go grocery shopping. I also need to get out my presents and see that I have everything and start wrapping.  Well everyone enjoy your evening!
