What is on your 2010 To Do List:

Here are a few of mine:

1. Run my 2nd Marathon (without cheating )
2. Go skydiving
3. Go camping
4. Reach goal
5. Do a mud run ( I am sure there are a few that would love to see me covered in mud)

That is all I can think of for the moment!

What about you?

1. to do my first 1/2 marathon
2. to reach goal
3. to maintain when I reach goal
4. to exercise more
5. to step out of my comfort zone more
6. to better myself as a person
7. to bless others and help them to see the beauty within themselves.
8. to allow others to bless me (this is a hard one for me, as I give better, than I recieve)

all these goals are attainable, if I put my mind into it. I am the only one that can help me attain these goals. The power is within me.

Kim,

I have been doing some training now. I walk 3 minutes and jog 1 minute. I am frustrated because right now I have a 20 minute mile. Thats not going to win me any medals! I have been trying to hold to 3 times a week and a longer one on the weekend. Easier said than done, thats for sure. I asked santa for a membership to 24 hour fitness. Not the best place, but its nice and they have the basics. They have a really nice one about 20 minutes from my house with an indoor swimming pool! Guess I will have to learn how to swim before I use it, huh? LOL. I do want to get more serious about my training. I want to do the 13.1 marathon on Jan 10th in LA.

Here's mine!!!

1.  Break the 6 hour mark for the LA Marathon!

2.  Starting in March, complete a race (ideally a marathon or ½ marathon if I can find enough locally)  every month for the rest of 2010!

3. Get to the point where I can run a 5k without taking walk breaks.

 4.  Learn to swim better so I can do a real triathlon.

5.  Start to get serious about my bike riding…..I’m seriously thinking of putting the AIDS ride (500 miles from San Francisco to LA over 6 days) on my 2011 to do list!

6.  Find two more people who are NOT flakes so we can do that mud run!!!!!  I'm sure more people would like to hose the mud off of you than see you covered in it!  LOL
