Welcome to Wacky Weigh In Wednesday!
Good Morning Cali Friends,
I am up and at 'em early this morning as I am off to the chiro and then to work. Today is Wacky Weigh-In Wednesday, where we post our losses (and gains) for the week with absolutely no judgement. Our very own Chris is keeping tabs for the year on how much weight collectively the Cali group has lost. Chris, I grieve to report I gained 1 lb this week but I am ok, just too many darn carbs. That's ok, I own it and will loose it too.
Ok, ready for Santa? Let the countdown begin!!!

Good Morning Barb and the Cali gang!!!
Burrrrrr!!! It is so cold this morning. Bundle up everyone. This cold does make me walk faster work in the mornings but it is really messing with my arthritis. My fingers are killing me this morning. I am at work this morning and I am praying that today is better than yesterday. I love the mornings here though because I am the only one here until 7:00. Then 1 more person gets here and then everyone else at 8:00. My boss basically gets here when she wants to. Maybe she won't show today. At least tomorrow is the last day and then a 3 day weekend. We are having our office party tomorrow. Last year they had Patron here and I had a couple of shots but not this year. I've got too much to do tomorrow. I will be a good girl and just have some lunch and that is it. I am praying for a good bonus this year because of all my work in the last year. I got a hundred last year and I had only been here a few months but hopefully, it will be more this year. I want to buy the kids a couple of other things and I am counting on that to do it.

Today the scale has not moved, which is fantastic. I am holding and feel great! It has been a busy week and it is only Wednesday!! Today is pork tamales, Monday was chicken tamales. These are usually the best!!

Ok Little Lady..now you have my mouth watering!! I have read for the last 2 days of your maniac tamalie-cooking frenzy....and now you say CHICKEN tamales!! OHhhhhhhh....my weakness!! Be thankful I'm going out of town for Christmas...or I would be on your door step!! LOL

I am happy I lost my two pound gain. I think that is only because we have been sooooooo busy at work the last few days. The weekend was crazy, we could not find beds anywhere for our patients so they where holding in the ER until beds opened up on monday, which made monday CRAZY!!!!! busy and I was training someone. UGH!!
Yesterday I sent out my last box that needed to be shipped and I was told they would get them tomorrow. I hope so, but since its going to my sister in Idaho, it wont hurt if its late. Plus I told her when I sent it. So she knows its coming. LOL
Today I take Aunt Mo to see the doc, and then she wants to do a bit of shopping. I hope she is up to it. She told me last night that for the first time in a year, she is standing up tall and walk without pain. I so vary happy for her.
OK time to start the laundry and my day

Hello all,
Just wanted to pop on and say Merry Christmas to you all. I had my surgery on Monday for my right leg, to remove the awful varicose veins. Well what was to be 3 hours turned out to be 8. He said it was the worst case he had ever seen. I have 27 incisions with stitches in my leg and I am all wrapped up. I do not go bac****il Monday as the office is closed this week. So far doing okay..

good morning to everyone! well today brings nothing new to the work day. I'm hoping it will be really slow, so I can do a little bit of nothing, but only time will tell. I had a great night last night, as my little nephew came over, and we goofed off for a good 3 hours, which absolutely wore me out. Even though he showed up right after my workout, and I was tired to begin with, I wouldn't have given up that time for anything. He cried when I told him I had to go to sleep, but I made him feel better when I told him I'd see him on Christmas day.
If I'm not on here tomorrow, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and that you have a great day with all of your loved ones.
