Merry Christmas Eve Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for...

1.  My wonderful husband and family who love me unconditionally and allow me to give of myself in the same way.  God has truly blessed me with a fantastic husband and family.

2.  My fantastic friends on OH who have made this year a special one to remember the rest of my life.  A special thank you to the incredible Nor Cal group, it's so much fun to get together each month. you are all simply incredible folks.  Another special thank you to the So Cal friends I've met, thanks for welcoming Ron and I and making our time together a special one to remember forever.

3.  My health and all that having had this surgery has done for me physically and mentally.  God bless my surgeon, my wonderful Dr and their teams for allowing this blessing to happen.

I love it!!  Christmas and the holidays are all about love and friends and family!!

Today I am thankful for:

Have a glorious year (surgery, hubby finding a job, Ms V starting preschool)!

Having a supportive an loving family (especially my loves Rick and Ms V)!!

Having both my parents here to help celebrate the holidays with (I know some people do not have their parents alive and well)!!!

May you all be blessed with the joy of the holiday spirit!!!!

Today I am Thankful for:

the Hope of new beginnings and the Grace of forgiveness....in my personal life and in my family's spiritual life

new doors opening and others closing...both offerring opportunities for the new year

the new people to enter my life, those that share it now and those that have come and gone...each with a lesson to be taught and understood.

Today I am thankful

For the precious gift that Lord gave us, through His birth.
For my family and friends, we are by no means perfect, but with eachother we make it work.
For my tool, which reminds me that only I, myself am responsible for what goes in my mouth.
For the support I have recieved throughout this year.

I am thankful for my family and friends who have supported me through thick and thin.. and who have been with me on my ups and downs and through this weight loss surgery.

Im thankful for my friends on this board that have been here for me since before the surgery helping me and encouraging me along this road.

Im thankful for the weight I have lost and the improvement in health I've seen already.  The difference is so amazing, just being able to walk around and breathe well is HUGE when I didn't have that just 5 months ago and thought I was a walking time bomb for something horrible to happen.

Now, I need to work on my mental happiness :)  And I know that will come!
