Can someone please tell me how you get that little "HOT" icon at the beginning of your post?  I just can't seem to find it or figure it out.  Hmmmmm it is probably very simple yet complicated.

I believe it is when the initial posting gets five responses the "hot" icon comes up.  But let's see.  This would be #2

Hi Kim,

I'm so bored right now at work, I'm looking for things to distract me.  Oh, it's almost time to go to the chiropractor and have him hurt me some more.  Wow, I can't wait for that. 

A very Happy New Year to you as well.  We still need to make lunch plans one of these days.  Now that the holidays are just about over while my Saturdays will be full of tax season, my Sunday's will be open.  I think an afternoon at the mall or Victoria Gardens is definitely in our future.

As for your ticker I can't help unless I am walking you through it while doing it.  LOL  It is easy though once you get the hang of it.
