Good Morning Calif........

Today is the last time we will have WWW for the year. So Step and stand tall.
Rules for WWW. NO JUDGEMENT!! If you gained, its ok, no one will judge you. Chances are they have gained some where along the line. You don't have to post your weight, you only need how much you lost or gained.

Starting this New Year, we are going to have a new total keeper. And If I could remember her name or I would tell you. I will have to up date this post later.

and I almost forgot, I am down 1.3 pounds


So DD is home, she came home yesterday, and so far is doing great. She was sleeping when I got home yesterday, and is sleeping now. Luck Dog! But this is last time this year, I have to get up for work. LOL. She did have a few very small strokes and some "heart" issues, but every things was looking good after all the test and they thought that she was good and that we should not worry about things, just take easy for now. HUH?

Thank you for support and great thoughts that came for DD I could not have asked for better support and understanding

I was thinking about starting the New Years off with 5 day pouch test, time to de-carb the body. Anyone want to join me? We would start Saturday 1/2/2010, so let me know...

OMG I almost forgot.....GUS and ANA are going to be Mommy and Daddy.............How flipping cute is that??? LOL Congrats for both.

Morning Annette and Cali!  Glad to hear about DD!

Yup boys and girls . . . it's WWW . . . and guess what . .. you get 2 DAYS to record your changes . ..  because I will "Reveal" on Friday morning!  And Annette has graciously offered to be the tracker next year . . . I can always be a backup . . . and maybe Barb can too . . . she has the spreadsheet today and is going to play along . . . :D

Good morning!  OMG!  Where is everyone?  Same on the fwys...I flew to work this morning.  I guess because many are on vacation and school is out....

This morning I had to do my postop blood work at Kaiser...I kinda missed it by 8 months   Well at least it's done and I should have most results by this Saturday?

Thanks again guys for the well wishes in Anna and me being parents.  Can't wait!

I'm down 2 pounds this week,  I'm working it and getting rid of the 9# I gained.  More later........

Just wanted to say I am so happy to hear DD is home. I am sorry that she has to go through this.

A reminder that Terry is having her plastics today, so keep her in your thoughts and prayers. She always supporting everyone else. So I am sending good thoughts your way Terry. Thought I read somewhere that she will be back on January 1st, with that sexy beautiful body of hers. I went to her profile but I didn't find a support page.

Whoever is tracking WWW, please make sure the 105.6 pounds we collectivly lost last week are included in our year end total.

Today, despite Christmas, I can say I lost 2 pounds, I think it was because I was running around all weekend. Lol, although I was more aware of my portion control and what I was putting into my mouth. I didn't want to gain.

Glad to hear DD is home Lu.  And good morning to all.  Boring day at work.  Counting down until this week is over.  We should get out of here early tomorrow.  Again I'm hoping for no later than noon.  But we won't know until tomorrow.  They never make up their minds before hand.  At least they don't let us know if they have.  I'm wearing blue jeans tomorrow anyway.  I want to be comfortable.  Then I will go home and rest for awhile before getting ready to go out. 

I just hope my shoulder and arm are feeling better so I don't have to down pain pills.  They make me so sleepy.  I did finally break down and go to a chiropractor yesterday though.  I'm not thrilled with him as he caused me some pain on my other side in the rib cage area.  I've never had a chiropractor do that before. So I will let him continue to adjust my neck to make some headway (no pun intended...LOL) on this pinched nerve and then I'll find someone else.

Oh well guess I'll find something to do.  I just got a new California Sales and Use Tax Answer Book so maybe I'll read that.  I know what you are all thinking....oooooo wish I had something like that.  It's just too exciting isn't it.  NOT.

Lu I am so happy to hear that DD is home, you are truly one strong woman!  ;-) I can't believe 2010 is just around the corner.  What an amazing year and I must say it is ending on a perfect note.  I will do the 5 DPT with you.  Let's start on the 4th!  ;-) 

Oh and guess what??????? My scale finally moved.  I am -1 today!
