HOLY MOLY FRIJOLE!!!
I am ready to track the weight loss my friend. I received the chart and have entered all the formulas (this is just way too complicated) LOL and we are ready to go.
Ok folks, 2010 is here and with the New Year Resolutions let's see if we can top the 2009 total.
Good Luck to everyone making resolutions. May you all have a wonderful blessed year.

Thank you Chris and Barb...
These numbers just floor me...and this is just from the posters on the California board!! Think of what the WLS numbers are across the country if not the entire world!! I still get tickled from how we improve our "environmental footprint". Everything from weight reduction in a car's need for gas consumption to weight adjustment in an airplane (I had been asked to move over an aisle once to distribute weight on an almost empty airplane, very humiliating), to seats at Disneyland, to the junk food NOT bought and ingested, to the disease process' we have slowed down. Good job California and WLS (ALL types) participants around the world..here's to a safer, healthier 2010!!

Kim,
I never thought of losing weight as improving our "environmental footprint" before, but it's true. Also less material needed for clothing which means less resources going into manufacturing of those materials. Also, some of us are walking more to run errands, less gas and carbon being spewed into the atmosphere. I even feel better now about the 90 pounds I've lost so far and have even more of an incentive to keep it going!
Happy New Year.
