Greetings all and HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!

Well its officially the first week of the new year and its time to start moving again (more for those that never stopped LOL). Thought it would be a cool idea to share what our Fitness goals are for 2010 and tell us what you did today to "Move to Lose"

For me, well today was my first workout at 24 Hour Fitness and I will tell you that some of those machines kicked my butt. I started on the Treadmill for 20 mins, went to an eplictal (spelling?) and that thing took me out. I lasted for about 2 1/2 minutes and I had to stop. Then I did the stationary bike for 20 minutes and did the full circuit training machines........I am so tired and have to go to work still LOL.

My goal is to stay going to the gym 3 times a week and start getting in better shape.

Have a great day all.............Rick

Guess what! I did move to lose today!  Leslie Sansone and I did 2 miles of an interval walk in my living room!  Yesterday my neighbor and I walk for about 30 minutes.  It was nice.

My fitness goals are to walk at least 5 times a week.  (Either outside or with Miss Leslie or on my treadmill) and do Pilate's 2 times a week.  My husband also said that after we pay Uncle Sam we can buy a Wii.  I want the  Wii fit plus and maybe the Biggest Loser.  I really need to make a commitment to getting exercise in.  OK, I am making a commitment to getting exercise in!

Good Luck to you Rick and to everyone else!

hey Rick, what's goin on.  Well this year brings nothing but maintaining.  I'm below goal, which I don't like, because as funny as it sounds, I feel too thin/small. so I'm trying to build up some muscle, in order to gain the weight back.  BUT, I'm also going to be training for some sort of long distance run, whether it be a 1/2 or a full marathon, and I know someone will hold me to those words.   well that's it for now.  take care everybody.
