I just thought I'd say a quick hello! Life has been pretty crazy...I was laid off from my job of 17 yrs in June of 2008, then in Sept of 2008 I got married. I've made a couple of trips back to Michigan due to illness/deaths in my family. My husband had 4 (yes I said FOUR) surgeries in 2009...one being RNY and the most recent one just last week when he had his gallbladder out. I actually think that working OUT of the home was less work than what I've been doing staying at home...and I don't even have small children at home! I pray that 2010 will be a little calmer. Being at home I have also managed to gain about 40 lbs =( which I need to work on losing at least 20 of those pesky devils!

I hope everyone is doing well in their journeys....if you are in the beginning stages of this ride...hold on tight because what a ride it is....and worth every twist and turn...I would do it all over again in a heart beat!
