Ok so today is  WWW, so if you are stepping up, now is the time to do so..... Remember we do NOT judge here, this is only for you to report how you are doing. If you don't want to put down you numbers, just tell us how you are doing...

As for me, I am dow 4 pounds today. (I think, since the case thing is still here) How about the rest the train rider doing? And the rest of the wonderful supportive peeps..How are you doing.....This is the first weigh In for the year....Good Luck all

Day 3 solid portien

The next three days you get to eat as much as you want as often as you want! Ahhh, but there's a catch: it has to be solid protein and you only get 15 minutes each time you sit down to eat. No drinking 30 minutes before or after meals and no drinking with your food. A dry pouch will hold your soft protein longer helping your to feel full and fed longer.

Protein Recommendations: canned
fish (tuna or salmon) mixed with lemon and seasoned with salt and pepper, eggs cooked as desired seasoned with salt pepper and/or salsa, fresh soft fish (tilapia, sole, orange roughy), baked or grilled, and lightly seasoned.


Ok time to get moving. DD and I are driving her baby son off at the air port he is heading to canada for the week with some friends....

Good morning Lu,

I am doing good as I approach day 3 of the 5dpt, but as for the weight I am the same.  I know I read in the book this is not about loosing weight, but about getting back to basics.  So, that is what I am doing....

Not much going on with me today, just work...

So I guess it would be a good idea if I got back to work...

Thank you Michelle for the reminder that it's about getting back to basics.  I needed to hear that as my frustration with the scale grows.

Good morning Cali,

well the scale shows me losing 2 pound since the last WWW that I posted to.  I am trying to maintain but still losing slowly.  I have upped my portion and caloric intake according to the Kaiser dietitian.  I guess I will reach her goal of 130 eventually if this keeps being the trend.  No complaints just want to be stable.

I lost 1 lb  last week.  That takes me to 62 lbs so far.  Have a great day everyone!

62 lbs! Wow! Great Job, Elizabeth! Whoo-hoo!  I think its time for a new picture. I am sure you have some nice ones from Christmas.

I am going to try to do better about checking in every Wednesday with my WWW numbers and joining in the group a bit more.

Count me in for a 2 lb loss for the week!

This is my first WWW post so I will give you my stats thus far.  I had surgery 12/15 and I am down 47.3 lbs.
