Got in 9 miles this morning, was running before the sun came up.  Felt great! Even with this darn foot blister

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!  9 MILES THIS MORNING?  I was  at that time....LOL

Good for you and like I said, I just can't get up at the crack of dawn to get moving...ughhhh

I am not as far into this as many of you, and I have never really exercised before, but I am trying to get my walking ON.

I go two laps around the park with my co-worker, park farther away, and take little quick-walks on my breaks!

Not a bad start, I don't think!

Believe me, when I weighed 457lbs and began to walk pre op, I would gasp for air by the time I walked to the corner of my street!!!  My lil brother would ask.....are you okay?...AND, I would sweat in the middle of December!!!

You can do it!  Build up your cardio....It takes time...Just do it slowwww!!!!  Best wishes!

I will be walking a mile or two with my lil man as he rides his bike or scooter.

Well I had another day with the grand kids.  I did weight lifting and running.  I would chase Devan and pick her up and bring her back to the living room.  For 9 months old she is sure fast!  I also ran after her at her new house tonight.  My son and DIL moved into their new house and it is much bigger than the old one and the kids have much more room to run and crawl.  They loved it and I enjoyed chasing after them.  At least I moved.
