Hey girlie I'm in your shoes too...tired all the dang time.  I chalk mine up to not getting enough sleep though (I go to bed at like 2am and get up around 730-8am). How is Lilly sleeping at night?  Has her sleeping gotten better?  Lastly I hope the hypoglycemia is your answer, just be careful about the GTT since you're so sugar sensitive...those GTT drinks have like 50-75g sugar.

One other general thought...try and eat the color of the rainbow with fruits and vegetables.  Eating a variety of foods may help.  We don't know for sure what malabsorption is going on and what foods may help.  Three foods that would perk me up (and I still don't know why, but they do); shrimp, Foster Farms Chicken Corn Dogs, peanutbutter.

Just thinking outloud...Since your surgery was quite awhile ago...I remember Dr. Coirin mentioning a few months before my surgery (2006) that surgeons were searching for how much length of intestine to cut.  Some were cutting more out (more malabsorption)...others were cutting less.  About 2006 both Coirin and Coates came to an agreement on what length it should be.  Doctors still very on the distance...but if they took more out, it could be one of the problems.
