PCP Recomendation for San Jose South Bay Area

HELP!! I've been with Kaiser Santa Clara for about 15 years. I had my surgery at Fremont Kaiser in March 2007..

My partner recently switched jobs and we now have Blue Cross. I need to choose a PCP. It seems so much harder than with Kaiser. But I am looking for someone that is at least knowledgeable regarding WLS. I have emailed Good Sam, and a few other places and no one can give me any recommendations, that is why I am turning to you guys!

Does anyone have a PCP within the Blue Cross Network that has some knowledge how to deal with the special needs of post ops?

Thank you so much! My 2 year check up is due in March, but I need to see a PCP in the next 2 weeks for something else. I just want the right kind of PCP..
