Greetings all,

Well its that of day again were we tell all how we "Moved to Lose" today and just remember that everything counts as long as we just keep moving.

For me, I went to the Gym this AM for the second round of workouts. We did 45 mins on a bike and then did the full circuit with the Circuit Trainers......We did 3 reps of 10 at each station with there being 8 stations total. Then did 5 reps of 10 on the Ab machine.......And I just couldnt do anymore.

Been trying to get to the gym 3 days a week but was only able to get there twice this week but next week will be different I hope.

Sorry Gus for the duplicate post, didnt see the post you did this morning.

Have a great day.........Rick

Kudos to you! Sounds like you are really busting your butt and doing what you need to do. Half the battle is just getting there. Awesome!

Hi Rick,

Your work out impresses me!

After 3 days in a row of 12 hour work days, I am finally getting into the gym tonight despite being dead dog tired. I'll hit the eliptical for around 35 minutes and do my full body weight training routine while listening to tunes via my iPod. I'll then have an hour commute where I'll decide to get a grilled chicken sandwich minus the bread and apple slices from McDonald's and eat dinner while I am driving home or if I can wait until I get home for soup. Sometimes I feel hungry after working out, waiting an hour between my commute and home just doesn't cut it.

Take Care all!

Hi Rick

I did my 3 mile walk this afternoon.  Getting back to my normal schedule, two days a week of walking and the other days on my elliptical.  This will be a great year!  I am stronger and have much more energy now!

I will be doing one hour of pilates in well an hour.  I went and saw It's Complicated this afternoon and I have to say seeing Alex Baldwin nearly naked did not get my heart rate up, as far as the rest of the movie it was really cute.

Hi Rick,

Well if you read my reply to Gus' post you will see that I started up walking again yesterday.  I almost killed myself for 10 min's on my treadmill yesterday (LOL) but it was a start.

But for you I will post what I did today:

After work I came straight home and changed my clothes.  Grabbed my daughter (she needs the exercise & needs to lose weight) and we walked a mile in about 25 minutes.  This was the usual mile I was doing before I walked the 5k in October.  it's a start, to exercising again considering I have done nothing since the 5k walk.  I will pick up my pace again and the distance in the near future.

You are doing fantastic.  Keep up the great job.

Annette
