Morning CA!

Gonna go get me some new walking shoes today at lunch.  My other ones are TOO big, how bout that?

I feel it, but I don't see it, and the scale is ******g me off, so I am not stepping on it for awhile.  I'm just gonna follow the plan, step up the steps and ride the ride for a little while.

May I suggest that you go to Road Runner off of Fallbrook to have them size you for a good pair of shoes. 

Just a suggestion.  :-) 

Maybe I will go there this weekend, instead then.  I was just going to go to Big 5, but I want a really good pair of walking shoes.  it's kind of an investment you know!
