Good morning all,

Well its that time of day to tell us all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and remember that every little bit counts.......Froming mowing the yard to chasing the grand kids just as long as we keep moving.

Sorry for the early post but I have a in service training today and wont be bac****il late. For me, well I am skipping the gym today (which is fine since my muscles need some healing time after yesterday LOL) so I will be doing my cardio on my treadmill tonight here at home. Plan on doing 45 mins on that evil beast.

I'll be moving today!  I plan to run for 60 minutes!!!  This week I'm working on cardio only.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET TO THE GYM AT 9PM...So I went last night around 9pm and drank an energy drink.  I ran for 60 minutes (4 miles) and when I got home, it was time to go to bed.....WRONG!!!! DUHHHHH  I was not able to go asleep! I was so wired up that I think I fell asleep around midnight and woke up at 3:18AM....I was not able to go back asleep
WAAAAA!!!!  I'm not tired right now but I know it'll hit later.  I'll probably take a nap during my hour lunch...WAAA....

Anyhow,  I do plan to exercise today and get that cardio in!

I am chasing the grandkids today.  Tonight I will go to the gym to do pilates for an hour.

Well, I have been changing things with my current routine.  Last night I sat at the stationery bike and pedaled (sp) for 30 minutes.

Tonight I will get on the treadmill and try to go for more than a mile.  My treadmill is sucking right now.

It is 6:15 pm and no I have not gotten on the treadmill nor am I going to move to lose today.  I am so mentally exhausted from a very busy day.  Tomorrow promises to be a better day so I will walk tomorrow.

Well, tonight I'll be going for 30 mins with my personal trainer and then 40 mins of her booty blaster bootcamp. I can only hope to suvive...LOL!!!

I just got back from an hour walk about 3 miles worth.  I am back into my routine again for a while.  Walking on Tuesdays and Thursdays and (orbital trek )like elliptical the other days.  I feel so much better when I do this regularly!!  Need to figure out something else to do.  I have a Jillian Micheal's DVD someone gave me maybe I will try that too.

hey Rick,

I did a quick 1/2 hr on the bike this evening, and I did a little 12 hr walkon my lunch break too.
