MY WOW MOMENT - - - - - - -

Good Morning Everyone,

Well I have some great news.

I was excited to get home yesterday and share some good news with my family about getting a raise.  Needless to say, no one was home.  So off to exercise I go. 

After finishing my exercise I decided to check the boards to catch up on the day, but wait a minute there is an e-mail waiting for me in my OH mail.  I go check the mail and it is from Kim Gyurina an OH Event Coordinator.  She happened to be checking the CA board and came upon my post of my recent pictures uploaded to Photo bucket.  She was as excited to see the difference as many of you were.  Kim commented that I was just the type of person that the OH Conference would like to have show off at the member fashion show during the OH Southern CA Weight Loss Conference in May.  

Now, I am so excited I can't sit still.  My dog is looking at me like I am crazy as I am doing my happy dance around the house and back yard.  Needless to say, it is still just Sam (dog) and I at home.  I decide to text 2 very dear friends from OH with my exciting news as I await the arrival of my family.

As my family arrives in shifts each of them are given the news separately and they all react differently but in a loving positive manner as they should.  LOL

Well, I went on-line, purchased my tickets for the event and Kim confirmed this morning she will be sending me the specifics in the next week or so.  I can't believe how excited I am about strutting down the cat walk for the fashion show.  My hubby and I will be attending both days and getting a room on Friday evening.

And this is my WOW moment folks.

That is so exciting. What a great WOW moment. I am sure you are going to look fabulous as you strut your stuff in the fashion show. I would love to go, but I am going to have family visiting in May, so it won't be this year.

I have been doing my happy dance since I was texting you the night I found out.  It is now 2 days later and I still have not called my folks.  LOL

Holy Batman, Batman!!  What an awesome 'reward' for doing such a wonderful job working your tool ^_^   You know those of us who can't make it down south want to see gobs and gobs of pictures of you strutting your stuff ;-)  This is just too exciting, Annette..to be able to say I 'knew' some one when she was......" LOL Congratulations!

My Sacramento Kaiser support group is trying to convince OH to hold a Northern California Conference up here either in Sacramento or Davis.  Our facilitor Daryl Lewis, an OH certified support leader, has been talking with the powers who be...so ANYONE interested in attending an OH Conference in Northern Calif...contact me for details how to let OH know you'd attend!!

Nancy -  I was actually shocked at first then I thought to myself:  "Why not me"?  Between Arnold-DH and Michelle I am sure there will be plenty of pictures.

Maybe someday I will make it up north.  I have never been to SF.
