MY WOW MOMENT - - - - - - -
So I take it you are going to the convention? I thought I read somewhere you bought your tickets?
Looking forward to meeting you. This has been an awsome ride so far.
Keep us posted on your upcoming surgery. We have plenty of room on the losers bench for you.
Best of luck to you on your new life journey.

Hi Faith,
If you really want to be a part of the event, send an e-mail on the events page that you are interested. They are looking for volunteers. I have no other information to offer at this time until I hear back from Kim the OH Event Coordinator in another week or so.
Thanks for your support and I hope to see you on Saturday.

Ms Blues -
How cool. Are you really thinking of coming down for the convention? That would be so awsome to put a face to the nice person who posts everyday on just about everything.
I know what you mean about eating a little more. Sometimes I think I am pushing but then I stop as I do not want to get sick. Don't worry that you will not lose another pound. It will come off. Your body needs time to adjust and there are some days or weeks the scale will not move. Trust me, I went through this. Then I did my measurements (which I do every month) and yes, the inches are falling off as well as the lbs. In 6 mos. I have lost a total of 44.5" . That is over THREE FEET!!! You had your surgery a couple months before me and you are doing fantastic. I was in a 4x prior to surgery and today in a 2x.
keep your head up, stay positive and do your thing. The scale will move again.
Thanks for your support and sure hope you can make it. I would love to meet you.

It would be very cool to meet you too. I am seriously thinking of going. I might be getting a new job soon and will have to see it taking a day off would create a problem. I should know soon if I am getting the job so I'll know if I am free to start planning my trip. My husband is also a Disneyland fan so I might tack on an extra day so we can go. Maybe I'll enjoy Disney more if I don't have to squeeze into all the rides and maybe my feet won't hurt until the end of the day instead of in the middle!
Thanks for the encouraging words in regards to the scale. Plus you reminded me it's not all about the pounds. I've gone from size 22/24 pants to 14/16. My shirt size has gone from 6X to 3X. I feel better, I like walking again. I like the way my body feels when I move. That's so cool you're in a 2X. That opens the clothing options up so much more. While I fit into most 3X clothing, for some reason, the 3X tops at Ross and The Avenue usually are shorter than I like or are much more form fitting. It's odd. Some of the 3X tops are like that at Kohl's too. I am finding I am having a harder time finding clothes that fit than I did at my top weight??!!!???
I'll keep you posted on the convention.
