Did you "Move to Lose" today

Greetings all,

Well its that time of day again to tell us all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember that everything counts.........From dodging the rain drops to out running the Tornadoes........Important thing is we just keep moving.

For me, well I went to the gym again this morning and kicked my butt again. I got back on that eliptical machine and was able to last 5 minutes instead of 2, rode the bike for 30 minutes and did a workout with free weights for 30 minutes.......But I still cant break that 300 pound mark LOL

Hi rick,

hang in there the weight will come off soon enough!  I remember when I had a stall that seemed to last forever!  I am just heading out for a 3 mile walk.  Hopefully it will not rain on me, the sun is out right now.  But I will wear a coat with a hood just in case!

I plan on going to the gym after work today.  Weights-legs and arms.  Then to the treadmill for a 3 mile walk. 

I was hoping to ride my new bike today-but with the rain, I don't think that is going to happens.

I chased thos e grandkids again today!  I watched them at their new house and it is a lot bigger than mine so I got to run even more.  My granddaughter loves just crawling down the hall and into each room that has an open door.  She also loved having me right behind her!

Hi all,

I didn't move today except from my house to the car to the dentist and back to my house. I took relaxation pills before my dentist appointment and had ether for a crown. I got home and was asleep for 6 hours and apparently had a 5 minute conversation with my husband asking him why he woke me up. I don't remember this conversation at all.

Tomorrow I am hoping to hit the gym after work as long as I don't feel like someone hit me on the side of my face with a frying pan.

hey Rick,

I didn't do any cardio yesterday, as I'm trying to gain a little weight.  But I did do a 45min. workout with some dumbells.  And BOYYYYY do the arms feel like spaghetti this morning.  But that's a good thing. 

Cardio is on schedule for tonight....

Hello hello =) this afternoon, I did 10 mins of circuit training. I have to build back up for that. Later tonight (when/if the rain ever stops!) I'll be heading out for my 1-mile walk.

heading out the door in 5 for 45 minutes on the bike and a plan to reestablish my C25K workout.

I started this last spring and was derailed with an injury.  Have been afraid (cuz what "fat" girl can run frankly?) to get restarted but a small gain over the holidays has inspired me.
