On Saturday I over did it with Greek dancing and did something to cause a pulled calf muscle. On Sunday I took it easy with a no resistance workout on an eliptical for 33 minutes and upper body weights for around 20 minutes. Unfortunately starting yesterday, I have 3 straight days of 12 -13 hour work days. I am still trying to get my butt in bed early enough to get up early enough to work out, but I am falling short of that goal. I also have a 2 hour round trip commute. It sucks, but I've got to pay the bills. I am working on finding a job closer to home.
I also signed up to play on a coed softball team. I am kind of scared wondering if I've lost enough weight to participate. Games start in March. I want to be prepared to do some of my old moves. I think if I can run the bases at a decent speed, it will be a blast.
