Anyone Exercising Today?

It's Monday again and time to exercise that body!

Any plans to move it to lose it? My plans are to move my butt and do 60 minutes of cardio....25 minutes interval running, 25 min on the stairmaster,  and 10 minutes on the bike.

Water Aerobics at 4 this afternoon,  1 hour every Monday and Wednesday, I Love it!!!

After having to re-schedule my vacation for the 3rd time, and finding that I may actually not be able to take it, I came home extremely frustrated.

I got on the treadmill and walked for a mile in 21 minutes.  My knee is killing me and has been for some time.  I didn't care, I needed to get my frustrations out and even managed to jog for 1/2 a lap. 

Gus you are awsome and 2 hr. workouts would just kill me, LITERALLY.  Maybe some day.
