Waiting & Keeping busy - post op cook book Etc...

While I wait and wait to find out about my Insurance approval, I took advice from here and went shopping.  woo hoo!!   I bought a cook book called "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery". I began reading it last night and I love it. I am going to begin trying out many of the dishes right away to get in practice cooking well for myself. 

I also bought myself a cute pair of inexpensive summer sandals. 

Then, I went to a local thrift store and bought two summer tops for my little niece.

Finally, I went for a walk walk walk Just down the block and back. I cant do much walking yet, but I know some is better than nothing.
