Yeah the combination of all of my medications seem to help with the nausea. I am eating a little bit but not a lot. I am almost afraid to eat too much. My surgeon said for me to mainly use protein drinks and other liquids. He said to try food and and then work my way up from that. It helps that I am not hungry. Talk to you soon

Ladies
I have just finished reading the posts between the two of you and I am so sorry you are going through so much pain, both physical and emotional. I'm glad that, so far, you have not regretted the decision you've made. If I may ask, what type of surgery did you have? Another question I have is, what protein drink or drinks do you use?

I will keep both of you in my prayers for a successful and more smoth journey from here on out.

Thank you for the prayers... I really appreciate them. I had the RNY and the stricture is where your new stomach and intestines meet. I keep healing too quickly so it keeps closing down. I drink Isopure Alpine Punch in the clear glass bottles. You can get them at the vitamin shoppe or GNC. They aren't the best but they aren't the worst. They I drink crystal light or water the rest of the day.
