Good Morning Calif.....and welcome FRIDAY!!!!!

I am off this weekend unless I have to work tomorrow to make my "how too" before the class I teach on Tuesday, that I didn't know about. UGH There is this word that means to "speak with other" its called COMMUNICATION!! But what do I get? I blow by wanting to know how far along I was with my "how to book" HUH? So now I might have to work this weekend to get together. Suck for sure. I had plans.

So other then that all is good with me. I went shopping looking for a night stocker but could not find one. If anyone finds one, let me know, I want one BIG TIME. They are sooooo flipping cute. LOL

OK so what do you have planned for the weekend? Anything fun that I should crush?

 Hi Lu and all the rest of ya,

Ahhhh Friday and the company is gone.  Yes, I said, they are gone.  Left yesterday and last night was just blissful at my house.  Mike and I just sat there and talked about everything that went wrong during the past week.  We both realized very quickly that his sister-in-law was truly trying to pit him and I against each other and start trouble.  She was telling him things that she said I said and vice versa with him.  All very interesting, indeed. Why she wanted to do that I'm not sure.  He says it's just the way she has always been.  I never saw that side of her until now. What pieces of work those people are. Anyway, it's over and life can get back to normal.  Whatever normal is.

No big plans for the weekend.  My son is coming over on Saturday.  He's going to try to figure out what is wrong with our internet and whether we need Time Warner to come out and rewire from the outside of the house or if the problem is truly in the house.  Being that my son is now a Time Warner cable guy in LA, as opposed to a Cox Communications guy in Orange County, he should be able to figure out what is wrong with little to no effort on his part.  Even though he doesn't do installations anymore because he was made a Supervisor, he can still, obviously, figure out what is wrong.  And once he does that, I'll cook the bugger dinner.  I'd cook him dinner even if he didn't fix our cable, but don't tell him that.  LOL

Sunday has no plans either.  We decided we are going to go through all the keys on the key rack in the kitchen.  Mike must have 100 keys hanging on that thing and we have no idea what most of them are.  So we decided that over a nice breakfast of eggs and coffee we will spread out all the keys and see if we can figure out what the heck we've got there.

Today my little OJ kittie is going to get fixed.  She has been impossible the last week.  She has definitely hit her peak of  "I'm a girl and I want to go do things with the boys outside".  The little hussy that she is.  Well tonight she should be quite quiet and sleep most of the evening.  Got to love the pain shot they give them when you go and pick them up.

Oh and Lu, you left your sandwich in my fridge on Tuesday.  Thanks, it was great for lunch yesterday.  LOL  And on that note it is time to get busy here.  Almost done with those wretched Property Tax Returns.  Never to be looked at again.  Not until next year anyway.  Hope everyone has a great day and an even better weekend.  Have fun all.

Drama Queen, that is why you sister-in-law does what she does! I have a monther, and 2 sisters like that. If there is not drama they create it! Enjoy your weekend and your son. I truly consider my husband, kids, daughter-in-law, and grandkids my true family. I love being with them and best of all no drama. (Well unless thegrandkids are cranky!LOL)

Good Morning Lu, and Cali Crew,

Went to Gilroy outlets with my friend yesterday. It was fun. I got to chase around her little boy. OMG he is so cute. He likes to blow kisses. He even let me snuggle him too. I didn't buy to much, a couple of skirts at Banana Republic. I can say, that is the first time I have ever shopped there. It was nice out, but the wind was kind of cool. Looks like it is going to be nice out today. This afternoon i'm having my hernia surgery. I was so hoping to have it done in the morning, but no luck. I hate waiting. I just want to get it done and over with. So after I get off of here, I will continue to clean the house. It will give me something to do and keep my mind off of not being able to eat and drink. I have no plans for the weekend. Tomorrow, I don't plan on moving far from the couch, not sure about Sunday. I hope you are all having a great day!!!

Hi Everyone,

Well today brings the start of a very, very month of May for me.  So far today I have done what I needed to do in the office.  This afternoon I will address & stamp the announcement for my sons upcoming graduation @ CSULB (I have been waiting for this for 7 years)

Tonight after work my hubby and I will be meeting a friend of his & his girlfriend at Brixton's in Redondo Beach to see John Mahal (Blues Guitarist.

Tomorrow brings grocery shopping, cleaning and then in the evening my daughter and I are going to the PROM (Wonderette's Play) @ the Carpenter Performing Arts (CSULB).  It has been a long, long time since she and I have had a mother/daughter date at the theatre.

On Sunday, the hubby and I are again are going to another concert at Cerritos Performing Arts.  We are going to see John Pizzarelli - jazz guitarist (Song's of Sinatra).  This is more very, very old school for me, but the hubby likes him so I will go.

After all this then I need to get ready for convention, graduation, a couple of upcoming seminars, U2 Concert and then vacation for me to New Mexico.

OK, now I'm exhausted just writing this.  LOL

Well, hope everyone has a wonderful weekend regardless of your plans.  It is beautiful and sunny here in Norwalk and my car just took a bath for the 1st time in like a month.  She is happy all over again.

Afternoon all----glad to see a California group here !

This morning I got a hair cut. As you could tell from the pictures I posted I really needed one! I took Mr. Sanders his lunch, and came home and tried to take a nap. I could not fall asleep though. This evening we are going out to dinner with our Friday Dinner group.

Tomorrow I am going to Manteca to a Red Hat's Kentucky Derby Party. It sounds like it will be a lot of fun. I think Sunday is going to be a day of rest.

This has been a beautiful day. It is still a little chilly but the sun is out and no clouds in sight.
