Speaking of moving to  lose has anyone heard from Rick lately? I hope he is doing well.

Today I walked 3 1/4 miles and I did it in 1 hour. I am getting better!

Now I have a lot of house work to do.

What did you do?!?

 Hi Elizabeth,

I have not seen Rick post here or on face book.  Hmmm

Did I move to lose - walking, nope, bicycling, nope.

We had a very rough night with our 15 yr old dog so I have been cleaning poop since midnight.  When I got home from work, I put our bedding to wash (we managed to get poop on our feet somehow)  TMI but anyway....Then I vacuumed the entire house and then shampooed the entire house all while my chicken was roasting in the oven.  Thank goodness I own my own shampooer.  This all took about 1 1/2 hrs so this was my exercise for the day.

We need to make a decision soon I believe, but tonight I decided to feed him strictly dog food and no human food like my husband likes to give.  I think maybe the ground beef he had last night made him sick a there was onions in it.  Not good for dogs.

So far tonight all is good.  He is sleeping comfortably and I just pray for a good nights sleep.  I think I am functioning on a total of 3 hrs sleep last night.

So I think this all qualifies for some sort of movement.

I think you got plenty of movement! I am so sorry your dog got sick. I have a 15 year old poodle. I love her so much. I know her time is limited and I am not looking forward to when her time comes. She does good most of the time, she does take tagament every morning and a pill for arthritis too. About every 3 or 5 months she gets sick and I have to take her to the vet to get fluid under her skin and stuff for her tummy to stop her from throwing up. I know how you are feeling. I hope you get a good nights sleep tonight.

Have a great weekend! I will look forward to seeing pictures. (But not in the nighty LOL  )
