Update

Again this is a two part update one on me, and the other on my dear friend Nathalie.

Me, my weight loss is in my dr's words Ideal. He wants nothing faster then what I am doing. LOL and here I thought it was far to slow.

Now on to Nathalie.

My dear friend was at the Dr yesterday to see Dr. Taller. He kept her over night and she has an endoscopy this morning at some point. I dont know the exact time but once I hear something I will return with the update.

I am happy your appointment went well. I can tell you though you will have some weeks when you lose a lot and others when you don't lose anything. That is how our bodies work. You will get there though!
