Looking for a GOOD Plastic Surgeon

Greetings All. 

 I live in the East Bay and I am ready to find a plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation.  My problem is that I am VERY picky.  If anyone has any suggestions on who to look at OR who to stay away from I would really appreciate it.

Dr. Eric Mariotti is the best in my book.  He has done my tummy tuck, arm lift, butt lift, breast augmentation and outter thigh lipo.  He is in Concord.  Check out his info here on this site and read the patient comments.  I will be having him do my thigh lift at some point as well.  He does alot of work with weight loss patients.  His first consultation is free and he takes as much time as needed to answer all your questions. 
You should consult with a couple of surgeons to make sure you find the right fit for you.  Ask lots of questions including if the surgery price includes ALL follow up appts.  Some surgeons charge a lower price for the surgery but you have to pay for each follow visit.  Dr. Mariotti is a little more expensive than some of the others in the area but his abilities are worth it to me.  He does not charge for any follow up visits.  I had a question about 1 of my scars 2 years after surgery and he saw me at no cost to me.

I had a consult with Dr. Mariotti and he was great, but he wanted to charge me $20,000 just for the lower body lift. He is ridiculously expensive.

I am in the Bay Area too, if anyone has other recommendations that would be great.
