not repeating old patterns and behaviors...or compromising my determination to succeed in obtaining the goals I have set for myself.

today....a fresh start

believing in myself and that I'm worth it! ^_^

being able to wear shorts and a tank top without being self conscious!

having a wonderful time with my family!!

maintaining my weight for 6 months now~yoohoo!!!

The afternoon with my grandkids. The first one with just them since before I went to Las Vegas.

My family.

That throughout this ordeal with my extended family, I have not eaten myself silly. Usually I would have eaten and eaten and eaten and I really was not tempted to. (Yes before my hospitalization).
