Nor Cal Loser's Luncheon

Time to celebrate August with fellow "losers"

Who:   Anyone who wants friendship and camaraderie while on their weight
         loss journey and/or maintaining their weight loss. This isn't a formal
         support group meeting but a get together among friends who support
         one another in their quest for better health. Of course it goes without
         saying, our So Cal friends are always welcome too.

When: Sat. Aug 21st- 12:00 p.m.

Where: Coco's Restaurant Concord, CA (Back in the Sunroom)

Don't forget our clothing exchange, feel free to bring things you have "under grown" out of!

Oh, Man! I am not going to make it again. It is 2 days after my surgery and I will be resting. I am going to make it to other luncheons though!

No worries Elizabeth, we'll be there with open arms when you do come. In the meantime, we want you to be resting and recovering so you can enjoy life!!! You'll be in thoughts and prayers/
