Dr. John Yadegar Info please

Hi, I should be having surgery within the next 3 to 4 months and I was wondering if anyone could give me any info or experiences that they have had with Dr. Yadegar. He used to work in LA out of UCLA and now he is out of Lancaster. I am trying to decide between him and Pacific bariatrics in San Diego. I know Pac Bar is a great facility and the doctors are top of the class. I am just wondering if there is any feedback on Dr.Yadegar....thanks in advance for the info

Hello,

There is a WLS support group in Lancaster that meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 at Lutheran Church of the Master, 725 E Avenue J, in Lancaster. You MAY be able to get some info on him from the postops that attend. Several of them have been around a long time and would know.

I believe he also sponsors a group, but I don't have any info on that.

I don't attend very regularly, but I haven't heard anything bad about him.

Thanks so much for the reply!!!! Do you ever attend any of the support groups at the church??? I am thinking of attending one soon. I know Kaiser will have me attend one before the surgery as well....
I can't wait to get on the other side of all this and use my new tool to the best of my ability!!!!

I wish I could have my surgery with him.. I attended one of his seminars and i really liked him, but I also have not heard anything bad about him!! so good luck and i can't wait to be on the losers side as well!!!!
