WOW! I slept in and just got out of bed at 9. I am so proud of myself. And right now I was thinking of going back to bed and sleeping for a week. But I have tons to do today and I wish my sister would get out of bed. UGH!! She wants to go running around with me, but she wont get up. I guess I might have to leave her.

Barb..........WOW you are realling do some nice changes to your house and curb apeal. I would love having a pourch to sit on and wacth the world go by. How did the training go at work?

Mommy.........I spent an hour on the phone, and listen to everyone talking about something that did not have anything to do with me or the work I do. Then about 3 seconds doing live data entry and another hour sleeping,...er listtning to the other talk about how it was not working right for them. 2 hours of wasted time that put me 3 hours behind in work UGH!!!
How was your trip to the city?

Eileen...........did you get your walk? How are your calves  feeling? and was your able to work on your education? LOL I use to live on a farm and loved hearing the rooster in the morning, but I ma not sure about now. I might be having chicken for dinner.

Steph..........OMG OMG OMG the time is moving so flipping slow. I looked on line last night and could not find anything going on. Everyone says it the river regatta but that seems to have been last weekend. I hope its something fun. Cause we are ready to go wild.....or as wild as we can be.

Spaz...........so did you get your work done? or are you going to have to work on thursday? I am happy your appointment went will. Everyone is welcome, somedays the boards are more active then others but you are alway welcome.

OK time to go and wake my sister up and get this day started.

Morning Lu!  And good morning to everyone else.

Appointments are all done and all went well.  I'm clear for sugery on Friday.  I'm super excited.  I'm doing my best to get through everything today.  So I'll know by the afternoon.

I have lost 2 pounds since Monday.  I went in got weighed Monday at the surgeons and then got weighed again yesterday for my pre-op physical and lost it.  I couldn't believe in one day I lost 2 more.  I don't have a very good guage of my starting weight because the last time I weighed myself was June and I was at my highest yet of 314, so it is possible I gained some more before Monday.  But I'm using 314 as my starting point. 

Sorry to ramble.  I have a business lunch which might be interesting since I'm supposed to start my clear liquids at noon.  I really want to go.  Now I'm second guessing myself.  Geez.

We got up bright and early to get to Clovis so I could have blood drawn and get a chest x-ray and EKG. I am all set for tomorrow morning. I will be glad when my surgery is over. I will let everyone know what they found. Now I need to put laundry away and straighten up the house so I come home to a clean house.

I did  not have a change in  my weight this week. Which is fine with me. Did anyone see the latest photo I posted on my sight. I posted 3 one of me and one of Gracie and one of Me and Gracie. I am loving my new puppy. She is so sweet and funny.

This week ive lost 6 pounds yippie! was hoping for more but oh well something is better than nothing!!!!

Tomarrow hubby is taking me to san fran for the day to celebrate my birthday so im excited.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Happy Hump day!!!!

I've had a great day so far. Went to the gym and had a fabulous workout with my trainer, but my calves are still very sore, and I'm sure the rest of me will be tomorrow too. I just got home from spending the afternoon with a friend by the pool. It was so nice to visit, and just hang out. Perfect day to be pool side. The water was a bit cool, but refeshing. As it should be. I remember when I lived in Texas, getting into a pool, was like getting into the bathtub. YUCK!!! 
  Now I'm just being a slug on the couch, thinking about having a bath and getting all this suncreen off. I could use a nap, all the fresh air I got today, is making me sleepy. I hope everyone is having a great day
