Afternoon All,

Another lazy day for me. I love it, and I still have 2 more days off from work. Met a friend for coffee earlier and then we decided to go and shop at Khols. They always have great sales. Not that I need any more clothes, but hey why not right. Not much else going on in my world. Hope everyone has had a fabulous day!!!!

Congrats on your great success!! WOW, 106 in S. Cal?? Are you in the desert? Probably not with 50% humidity. This summer weather has been crazy. Up here it has been so cool at night, I've had to wear my long pjs.... in July and August!!! I have not yet had my surgery. My tentative surgery date is Sept. 15, waiting for confirmation.

Good luck in Laughlin, have a wonderful time and be safe! Heyyyyyy...... maybe the Cali Board members can plan a trip to Laughlin, what a blast that would be, huh?  Just a thought.

Technically, we are not suppose to be desert. I live in Hemet, in a valley (San Jacinto Valley) at the base a the San Jacinto Mountains, so it traps the heat and pollen... plus they put in a huge reservoir lake (suppose to be enough water for all of S Cal for 6months), that raises our humidity, not too mention all the folks watering their lawns, garden, etc.

Normally, we cool off in the evenings, around 60 or so... but not last week nor this week so far.

I think that is a great idea... let's party in Laughlin!
