PROBLEM WITH LOGIN

I have a problem with the login. I hope someone can help me. When I launch this site, the main page says "Welcome Linda". Then it asks for me to login. So I try. It gives me an error message saying that "This website requires a valid user". Then it won't let me into the message board or forums. I do finally get in but I kinda take the "back door" by going into another site and backtracking. When I finally get into the main messageboard, it tells me I'm logged in. I don't get it. Any thoughts?

Hello, I saw your post. Are you going to www.ObesityHelp.com when you try to log in or are you visiting a bookmark? Most bookmarks don't work since the change over. OR if you're trying to go through the beta.obesityhelp.com - that no longer works. If you ARE going to www.obesityhelp.com and are unable to log in could you try to log out, clear your cookies (in Internet Explorer you do that by going to Tools up top your browser, then choose internet options, General and delete cookies). The shut your computer completely off and reboot. If that STILL fails to allow you to log in, please send an email to [email protected] and explain exactly what you are trying to do and what the end result is. Please also let us know what browser you use (Internet explorer, Safari, AOL browser, etc.) and the version of your browser - is it IE 6.0 for example? And also how you access the internet (cable, DLS, AOL, etc.). Please also note that you have cleared your cookies and rebooted, so they don't advise you to do that again.
