Food & Exercise Log Thursday
Hi Everybody,
I am home again with my daughter who is sick with right ear infection and sore thoart. I took her to see doctor yesterday. I hate thid gloomy weather! Tomorrow I won t be on line because I will spend with my good friend at Norwich Spa all day then we will go to mohegan sun for dinner . I need massage and pamper myself and exercise there.
B instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
s load of water
L grilled rye with cheese
s load of water
d have not decide but will make homemade dinner
s protein smoothie and load of water
will do cardio for 45 min ontreadmill
have a great weekend

L Pork and veggie stir fry
S Protien shake (2 scoops GNC Chocolate Isolate with 12oz's skim milk)
D Grilled Chicken breast, Will take my 3oz's and pop it in my mini food processor with a tablespoon of low fat mayo and a little green onion to make salad
No gym today, lots of heavy lifting at work, am beat! Thank goodness tomorrow is friday
! Will ride my excersize bike after supper! Have a great nite all!
