Wednesday food log
Yikes--where has the week gone to? And the summer for that matter! Just made plans to go kayaking on Saturday--that was one of my goals for this summer. LOL guess some old habits---like procrastination---die hard :) B--2 ounces asian garlic chicken breast (Biy Y makes them!) L--2 ounces chicken, 1/2 sweet potatoes with apples D-going out with friends so will have some turkey tips and some broccolli S--1/2 c. pumpkin and 6 ounces NF greek yogurt 16 ounces skim milk, 64 ounces water, large decaf iced coffee At my trainers insistence, I am taking of my required 2 days off from working out tonight :( Think I might need it as I my arms feel like I flew in from Capistrano. But then again, I asked him to push me to my max. I get out of my workouts what I put into them. Have a great day everyone. all the best, Carol D.
As little food as I can have, I refuse to eat/drink something I don't enjoy. So he suggested dried fruits and more water. So I'll be sloshing around today. I'm going to try for 80 oz. instead of my normal 64 oz.
Going to my gynocologist today for yearly check up. If you haven't done so, please make an appt. I am in remission for uterine and cervical cancer. Early detection is key!
