What are we eating?
Since breakfast and lunch seem to be the most repetitive meals for most of us, I thought I would start a post to see what everyone has eaten today. Maybe we can get some good ideas, and I know it will help me.
I'll start:
Breakfast - 1/2 cup low-fat pineapple cottage cheese
1 small banana
Vitamuffin (100 cal. fat-free bran muffin)
Lunch - 2 tuna tacos (tuna, cole slaw mix, salsa, light mayo all mixed up) and wrapped in a soft taco
20 grapes
I've also had 32 oz of decaf tea; 8 oz of water; 16 oz of decaf coffee.
Hope to get some new ideas.
God Bless,

Great idea, Kathy!
For breakfast I had 1/2 honey wheat english muffin with low-fat peanut butter (wicked thin).
Great One DD coffee, black (can't give up the caffeine).
Lunch
Boston Market...1/4 dark (I took off the skin), with butternut squash and mac & cheese. This will make 2-3 lunches for me.
I'll have a snack later, either some watermelon or honeydew.
Hi Kathy,
hmmm.....lol now my secrets will be out!!!

. So here goes:
Breakfast
1/2 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
1 spoonful of regular sour cream
lots of garlic salt
3 small pieces of pre-cooked bacon
Snack
1/3- 1/2 cup salted mixed nuts Didn't really measure
Lunch
1/2 bag of Atkin's Crunchers
2 Kosher Dill Spears
1/3 cup of eggplant parmasean
5 oz of salmon
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
32 oz of water and 15 oz of Crystal Lite Iced Tea...
That's it so far. I pretty much have the same thing everyday for breakfast but the rest of the day varies. It used to be more routine than it is now.

Hi everybody!!
Well, since I am on pureed, mine is not very exciting.
For breakfast I had 2 ounces of Low-fat pineapple cottage cheese,
and a 3 ounce cup of unsweetened applesauce, and half of a string cheese stick.
For lunch I had 2 ounces of pureed chicken salad with low fat mayo,
2 ounces of spicy refried beans with a tsp. of fat-free sour cream
on top,and the other half of the string cheese stick.
Tomorrow I can start eggs! Yeah! And only 2 more weeks on pureed.
Enjoy your day, it's a beautiful one.
Anne
