Good Morning Everybody, I am going to sleep tonight with alot of wires for sleep study I hope I can sleep while people watch my sleep pattern. I am not get used to have someone watch me sleep. I went to Dr A. group support last night and it was great to see Debbie again there. She looks FASTASTIC!!!! She inspires me and other people at group support. Kathy K.

Good luck Kathy with your sleep study. Where are you having it done? My husband had his at L&M and he said they were wonderful. They actually woke him up half way through to give him a c-pap his apneia was so bad. Let us know how you make out. Maggie

Hey Kathy! I had mine on Sun night!! I know it isn't the same place, but it will probably pretty much be the same thing. If you are a back sleeper, the wires won't bother you, if you are a stomach sleeper like me, it is going to be a little difficult. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but the room was very comfortable and the technician was soooo nice. The good news for me was that I don't snore nor do I have sleep apnea. She told me that when she woke me up at 5:12 a.m. and then proceeded to kick me out. I was a hurtin puppy yesterday!!! SO TIRED!!! You will do fine!! Good LucK Phyllis

Hi Kathy, Best wishes to you for tonight. I know this is a weird experience, but it really isn't that bad. You will probably not feel like you've slept that well, and you'll want a nap tomorrow , but otherwise, it will be fine. God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau
