Hi gang,
Lots of responses to my food log yesterday...guess GUILT does work!
I am going our for my walk *3miles! in about 15 minutes...then its on to Lauryn's soccer game.
B-poached egg on 1/2 slice of toast
S-protein drink..I am liking the unjury btw
L-Roast beef and low fat cheese on 1 slice of rye toast
D-roast chicken, salad or vegies
S-My momentum bar of course!

Well, I was unofficially advanced to stage 5 by Elina. I went for my 2nd visit with Dr Aranow and he was a no show.
He got stuck in surgery. I will see him Monday morning, but on my way out the door, I ran into Elina and she told me to try stage 5. YIIIPPPEEE!!!!!
B - 8oz Lactaid milk, 1/2 waffle, 1 sl. rolled turkey breast
L - 4 soy chicken nuggets, 8-vegetable patty
D - Chicken breast marinated in lf italian dressing, spinach.
S - protein bar

I took a long walk with my dog this morning. I felt great!!! Still little sore from my incision.
b low carb slim fast protein
s- zero carb isopure 20 oz 40g protein Will drink that all morning and after lunch too
l chicken broth soup 8 oz
s same above zero carb isopure or one sf popsicle
D cream of tomato soup with tasteless protein scoop
s sf popsicle

Well Hubby and I walked 1 mile yesterday, and I didn't even know it! Heres my menu (still stage 3)
B 2 oz Chocolate Boost
S Fruit2O ice
L 2 oz Butter Pecan ensure
D 2 oz Chocolate Boost
S SF Popsicle
And of course the mandatory 32oz of H2O through out the day
just not feeling like broth yet...

I did not make healthy choices today at all. I ate a bunch of junk.
The quantity was small,but still not healthy.
B- half of a homemade sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel. Ate alittle
less than half.
L- 5 Burger King chicken nuggets and 3 onion rings
S- Protein drink
D- almost 2 tacos
S- 1/2 cup of B&J No Sugar Added ice cream
See? Bad eating today...Can't do that again. I didn't even realize until I started thinking about it to post it here. And, looking at the list, the quantity is NOT that small after all. I will eat better Sunday for sure, I went food shopping and have better things to eat now. It helps to have to post this here, to keep me honest, and look at myself.
