Calories burned in a day?
I keep seeing all kinds of articles about how many calories the "average person" should eat in a day (not that we can hold that many anymore!) but I NEVER could find one that showed how many the average person burns OFF in a day.
I found a site that lets you calculate how many you burn, based on your weight and daily activities that you enter. According to mine, I burn over 3700! I was floored.
If that's how many I burn NOW, at 225 pounds, ow many calories was I eating BEFORE, at 376, that kept me gaining weight, if you gain another pound for every 3500 OVER what you burn off? Yeesh!
Here's the site, in case anyone else wants to calculate theirs . . .
