I had Blue Care and had my surgery in July of 2003. At that time I had to pay a $500.00 deductible, $300.00 for the psych evaluation and $75.00 for the nutritionist. I don't know if the fees are the same this year but hopefully this will give you an idea.

Wow! I have Anthem BC/BS State Preferred POS and other than $10 copays for office visits all my tests (so far) have been covered !
Hope I don't have any suprises coming out of the bushes! We Shall See!
