SELF-DEFENSE course coming up

Hi everyone: A while back I wrote a post about a self defense course that I took in West Haven, CT. While some may say this is OT I don't. For me and possibly some others, having my body get smaller, while wonderfully exciting, is also scary. So I thought, why not find a way to feel safe (AND NOT EAT!). Hence the self-defense idea. I found one and am passing the info on those that might be interested. The self defense course is being offered again. This time for a fee of $20. I do believe it will be worth the money. So let me give you the info again in the event anyone is interested in attending. SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP WEST HAVEN, CT - Assembly of the Martial Arts Academy 841 Jones Hill Road 5 to 7 pm Saturday, December 4th The workshop will demonstrate simple but effective moves that can save a woman's life.
