New MD
Jeanne,
Hi My name is Kathy K.I am hearing impaired. I am also Dr Aranow's patient. You know I did tried to email to their office but Lois said they are too busy to check up email from PC because Dr Aranow is very busy doctor and have so many patients than few years ago. I did called over the phone and spoke with the office staffs and they are very helpful. My advice to you is writing a letter about your feeling with Dr Aranow's Dietican and she is not very helpful instead of emailing lettter through computer. Dr Aranow needs to know about this because he cares about his patients. FYI We lost the best dietican Amy last July. We are all missed her . I hope you will keep Dr Aranow as your doctor because he is the best doctor and I have no problem with my open RNY from him on Oct 18th 2004. Good Luck on your decision!
Take Care
Kathy K
Sometimes this feels more like the Middletown Aranow WLS Forum than a CT message board. Where are the rest of CT WLS patients? You GOTTA be out there???? Would be informative and educational to hear from some others about their experiences with other Docs.
Disclaimer: This statement in no way implies anything negative about Dr. Aranow. His rep is undisputed. He is an excellent choice, but realistically not EVERY WLS patient in CT can have him for a surgeon....for whatever reason.
