Sorry that you had to experience that, Linda. It's awful. Right after a fill some people are tighter intially than they will be in a couple of weeks. How much was your fill? I didn't feel any real restriction after my first fill but after my second there was a huge difference! I am sure you know the mantra, chew, chew, chew, chew, chew....well you get the point, lol Also, sauces and gravies to keep the protein nice and moist helps a lot. Eileen

I know how ya feel Linda. It still feels that way if I do something too fast or forget that I have a tiny pouch instead of a regular stomach!! Funny how our "tools" work. Just take it easy. Take care, Michelle

Oooh Linda, my goodness, that sounds awful! How did you relieve the pain and pressure? I don't know much about the lapband, but I know we are similiar in that you must chew a LOT and take it real slow! I hope you are feeling better! Tara
